  • : How soon can we get a reply after we send you the inquiry?

    A: On weekdays, we will give a reply within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry.

  • : Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    A: We are direct selling manufacturers.

  • : What products can you offer?

    A: We mainly produce Bathroom Cabinet/Bathroom Vanity, including washbasins and vanity mirrors.

  • : What are the main uses of your products?

    A: It is mainly assembled in the bathroom, which can be used for washing, dressing and storing things.

  • : Are you able to do custom sizes?

    A: we can really tell you that we are not only can do custom sizes but also carry out mass production according to your requirements as well as pictures/drawing you provided.

  • : What is the cabinet material made of? is it waterproof?

    A: Our cabinets are made of various materials, including PVC, solid wood, Thailand oak, melamine paint-free board, red oak and MDF.  
    Pay Attention, except MDF,those material are All Waterproof. And after we finish painting , the cabinet made of MDF can also be Waterproof.

  • : Where is your factory located?

    A: we are located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, China. and if you are interested in our company, I would like to send you pictures, or video about ours.

  • : Do you produce standard parts?

    A: Yes, we have samples for every kind of cabinet, with different materials/styles, different standard parts and corresponding production standards.

  • : What is the production capacity of your company?

    A: The company has more than 20 years' experience in bathroom cabinet production, with a production area of about 5,000 square meters and an annual output value of about 50 million.

  • : How many employees are there in your company?

    A: There are more than 50 people in our company, including carpenters, assemblers, packers, painters, salesmen, accountants and quality inspectors.

  • : How does your company guarantee the quality of its products?

    A: Every working procedure is checked by corresponding quality inspectors, and they strive to be responsible for the products with the most rigorous attitude.

  • : What is the payment method?

    A: When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you. FOB or other methods can be discussed. In mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then see the bill of lading to pay the balance. Payment methods are mostly T/T, and bank transfer and L/C are also recommended.

  • : How is the goods delivered to customers?

    A: Usually, we ship goods by sea, because we are in Jiaxing, only 65 kilometers away from Shanghai, and the export by sea is very convenient.

  • : Where are your goods mainly exported?

    A: Our products are mainly exported to more than 20 countries in Europe, America, Latin America and Northern Europe, including the United States, Britain, Australia, Canada, Germany and Italy.
